Clovis, CA (January 4, 2026) – A toddler was injured on Saturday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of a Trader Joe’s near the intersection of Willow and Nees Avenues in Clovis. The crash occurred around 2:20 p.m., prompting a swift response from local law enforcement and emergency medical teams.
According to the Clovis Police Department, the child was run over by a vehicle while in the parking lot of the busy shopping area. The child’s mother was also struck during the incident, but did not sustain injuries. Officers arrived quickly and found the child alert and conscious at the scene.
