Columbus, OH (January 10, 2026) – An injury-causing collision on January 9 led to a road closure along Norton Rd at Cherry Creek Pkwy, triggering significant traffic delays and a temporary detour in the west Columbus area.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to assist those hurt in the crash. At least one person required medical attention, though the full extent of the injuries has not been disclosed. Authorities confirmed that the northbound lanes of Norton Rd were blocked due to the incident.
