What should I do immediately after a car accident? Check for injuries, move to a safe location if possible, call 911, and exchange information with the other driver while waiting for law enforcement to arrive.
What to Do After a Car Accident in Conway, SC
If you're involved in a two-vehicle crash, try to stay calm and check yourself and any passengers for injuries before doing anything else. Call 911 so responders and law enforcement can reach the scene, and stay in a safe spot away from moving traffic while you wait. Even if injuries seem minor, it's worth getting checked out by a medical professional, since some injuries don't show symptoms right away.
