Atlanta, GA (June 10, 2026) – A male cyclist died on Tuesday morning, June 9, after he was struck by a delivery truck on Campbellton Road SW in southwest Atlanta.
The accident happened shortly after 11:40 a.m. in the 3900 block of Campbellton Road SW. Emergency units arrived and found the cyclist lying in the roadway.
The man was not alert, conscious, or breathing after the collision. He was pronounced dead at the site.
His identity was not released in the initial report. The delivery truck driver remained at the scene after the wreck.
