Bellevue, WA (July 20, 2026) – A cyclist was seriously injured in a collision outside Bellevue City Hall on Saturday, July 18. The accident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. near 112th Avenue and Northeast 6th Street.
The bicyclist was traveling south on 112th Avenue. A northbound vehicle was attempting a left turn onto Northeast 6th Street when the two came into contact.
Emergency units took the rider to a hospital for treatment. The initial report did not identify the cyclist or the driver.
Vehicle traffic was temporarily blocked near the intersection, and travelers were directed to use alternate routes. The circumstances surrounding the wreck remain under review.
