Soledad, CA (July 20, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision resulting in injuries was reported on July 17 on southbound US-101 at Elm Avenue in Soledad. Initial reports indicated that three vehicles were involved, though later updates confirmed a total of four vehicles were part of the chain-reaction crash.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch information, some of the vehicles came to rest in the center divider while others stopped along the right shoulder. A black Subaru pulling a U-Haul trailer, a white SUV with major damage, and
Tow trucks were called to remove the damaged vehicles at the owners’ request. The cause of the collision remains under review as more information becomes available.
