Danbury, CT (January 14, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a pedestrian-involved crash Saturday afternoon at the intersection of White St and Locust Ave. The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. and resulted in one person being injured after being struck by a vehicle.

Police and fire personnel arrived on scene quickly, along with additional support units, to assist the injured pedestrian. The individual was evaluated at the scene and transported for further medical treatment. The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

Investigators are working to determine the events that led up to the collision. No other injuries were reported, and the area was temporarily restricted as responders handled the situation.
