Sandwich, MA (August 11, 2026) – Police responded around 8:50 p.m. Sunday, August 9, to a reported two-vehicle collision near 87 Farmersville Road in Sandwich.
At the scene, officers found a 2011 Toyota Prius driven by a man and a 2017 Toyota RAV4 carrying three people, both with significant damage. The driver of the Prius died as a result of the crash, while the three people in the RAV4 were injured. Additional details about the victims and the circumstances leading to the head-on collision were not released.
