Carson City, NV (August 27, 2026) – A bicyclist died from her injuries the morning after being struck by an SUV on the US-50 westbound to I-580 southbound on-ramp Tuesday night, August 25 according to the Nevada Highway Patrol. Troopers responded around 10:21 p.m. to the crash, which left the bicyclist with life-threatening injuries. The SUV’s driver was not hurt and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
