Spartanburg County, SC (August 15, 2026) – A Spartanburg County deputy was injured after another vehicle struck a parked patrol car on Highway 101 in Cashville. The crash occurred near Highway 417 between Five Forks and Woodruff on Thursday, August 13.
According to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, the deputy was parked, running radar, when another vehicle struck the patrol car. The deputy was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No additional information about the other driver or the circumstances leading to the crash was immediately available.
