Oconee County, SC (September 14, 2026) – A driver was killed early on Sunday, September 13, following a two-vehicle rollover crash in Oconee County.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 4:30 a.m. on Secondary 24 near Country Junction Road. A Ford F-250 was traveling east on Secondary 24 when a Hyundai Tucson entered the roadway from Taylor Road, also traveling east.
The two vehicles collided, causing the Hyundai to leave the right side of the roadway and overturn. The driver of the Hyundai died as a result of the crash. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
