McVille, ND (July 29, 2026) – An evening head-on collision on 113th Avenue NE south of McVille left two drivers injured, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The collision happened around 6 p.m. on Monday, July 27.
Troopers said a 54-year-old Wahpeton man was attempting to pass another vehicle when heavy dust reduced visibility, causing him to collide head-on with a pickup truck driven by a 53-year-old McVille man. The Wahpeton driver suffered serious injuries. The McVille driver suffered minor injuries.
