Minot, ND (July 29, 2026) – A pedestrian was injured after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 1st Street SW and 11th Avenue SW in Minot on Monday afternoon, July 27. The collision happened around 5:14 p.m. when a vehicle leaving a bank parking lot failed to yield to another vehicle.
According to police, a 2016 Toyota Highlander was exiting the parking lot when it collided with an eastbound 2023 Toyota Corolla on 11th Avenue SW. The impact caused the Highlander to spin, strike a fire hydrant, and hit a pedestrian who was standing under a nearby tree. The pedestrian was taken to Trinity Hospital with moderate, non-life-threatening injuries.
