Fairfield Township, OH (August 31, 2026) – According to police reports, an 85-year-old man was killed, and two others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Millikin Road near Greatus Drive on Saturday afternoon, August 29. The collision occurred as police officers were responding to a separate incident nearby.
Officers were traveling eastbound with their lights and sirens activated when several vehicles moved toward the side of the road to clear a path. A gray 2016 Lincoln Navigator driven by a 43-year-old man then struck the rear of a gray 2019 Acura RDX traveling westbound. The Acura was driven by 85-year-old Logan Stone, whose 85-year-old wife was also inside.
The impact caused both vehicles to spin and leave the roadway, with each coming to rest in the yard of a nearby home. All three people were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment. Stone died from his injuries at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday, while the other two people remained in stable condition.
The incident is actively being investigated by officials.
