Brooksville, FL (June 3, 2026) – A 74-year-old Brooksville woman died following a traffic collision Monday afternoon at the intersection of State Road 50 and Lockhart Road in Hernando County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal wreck occurred at about 12:20 p.m. on Monday, June 1. Investigators said the woman was driving a Honda CR-V northbound on Lockhart Road when the roadway tragedy took place.
