York Co., PA (September 6, 2026) – An injury collision was reported on northbound Interstate 83 near mile marker 38.2 at about 7:01 p.m. on Friday, September 4.
The dispatch coordinates placed the call near Exit 39A. PennDOT identifies that interchange as Lewisberry Road in Fairview Township, York County. A male patient was reported unconscious with a head injury. The circumstances remain under review.
