Fallbrook, CA (January 19, 2026) – A traffic collision involving two vehicles resulted in injuries early Friday morning in Fallbrook, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place around 1:36 a.m. near the intersection of East Alvarado St and North Vine St. Authorities reported that a white minivan and a white SUV were involved in the wreck, though the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
Firefighters, CHP officers, and emergency medical personnel responded promptly to the scene and rendered aid to the individuals involved. Initial reports confirmed that injuries occurred, but officials have not yet disclosed the number of people hurt or the severity of their conditions.
