Seneca Falls, NY (August 24, 2026) – A 24-year-old motorcyclist was killed after a crash with a pickup truck on Saturday afternoon, August 22, at County House Road and Bauer Road. The collision happened shortly after 1 p.m.
According to the Seneca Falls police, Ian Clancy, 34, of Waterloo, was driving a pickup truck and making a left turn when it collided with a motorcycle. The motorcycle was operated by 24-year-old Maxwell Roeland of Newark. Roeland was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries and later died.
Clancy suffered minor injuries and did not require medical transportation. Authorities continue investigating the crash to determine what led to the collision.
