ARREY DERRY, Doña Ana County, N.M., Sept. 28, 2026 — Four people were hurt on Sunday evening, September 27, when a fuel truck and a pickup truck collided on southbound I-25 near Hatch, New Mexico. The fuel truck caught fire after the crash.
Officers responded around 6:07 p.m. to the crash near milepost 41. The fuel truck ignited following the impact, though it was not immediately clear what sparked the blaze.
