Fishers, IN (January 29, 2026) – A serious collision on I-69 Southbound near the 203 mile marker led to confirmed injuries and entrapment inside one of the vehicles on January 28. The incident prompted a joint response from multiple agencies, including medics from both Fishers and Carmel.
