Concord, MA (July 27, 2026) – Five people were injured, including two who were airlifted to regional trauma centers, following a two-vehicle crash on Saturday afternoon, July 25, in Concord.
According to the Concord Police and Fire Departments, the collision occurred at approximately 1 p.m. at the intersection of Walden Street and Bristers Hill Road.
Emergency responders treated five people at the scene. Two victims were flown by Boston MedFlight to regional trauma centers, one person was transported by ambulance to a trauma center, and the remaining two were taken by ambulance to local hospitals.
Authorities have not released the conditions of the injured or additional details about the circumstances leading up to the crash.
The collision prompted the closure of Walden Street between Thoreau Street and Route 2 for approximately 90 minutes while emergency crews worked the scene and investigators collected evidence.
The Concord Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section are investigating the crash. Additional information has not yet been released.
