Fontana, CA (January 2, 2026) – A fatal collision occurred early on Tuesday morning on the eastbound side of Interstate 10, just east of Sierra Ave, prompting a response from California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County emergency services.
The incident was first reported around 7:06 a.m. and involved at least one vehicle. Responding units located the crash site approximately 300 yards east of Sierra Ave, with emergency lights activated along the right-hand shoulder. According to official reports, the collision resulted in at least one confirmed fatality. Fire personnel were on scene awaiting the arrival of the county coroner.
