Fort Collins, CO (January 13, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash with reported injuries occurred on January 12 at the intersection of Harmony Rd and S Lemay Ave in Fort Collins. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 4:30 p.m. following several 911 calls reporting three to four vehicles involved in the crash.
Most individuals were able to exit their vehicles without assistance, but first responders were notified that an elderly woman had remained inside one of the vehicles, prompting additional concern from arriving units. Medical teams were dispatched to assess her condition and provide aid to others involved.
The intersection was temporarily impacted while responders assisted the injured and worked to clear the wreckage. The exact number of people hurt and the severity of injuries have not yet been confirmed.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and will release further details as they become available.
