Providence Township, PA (July 5, 2026) – Four people were injured in a crash involving a horse and buggy on Friday, July 3, in the area of Truce Road and Buck Heights Road in Providence Township.
Dispatch information confirmed that a horse and buggy were involved in the collision. Initial reports indicated that at least one patient suffered major trauma and was transported by ground ambulance. An infant was also evaluated at the scene by EMS, and a third patient reported chest pains.
