Sandwich, MA (August 3, 2026) – Four people were taken to a hospital after a six-vehicle crash on Saturday morning on Route 6 in Sandwich. The collision happened shortly before 9 a.m. on August 1, on the eastbound side near mile marker 62 between Old Exits 3 and 4.
The crash involved six vehicles, including two vans and two SUVs. Emergency units evaluated 18 people at the scene, and four were transported to Cape Cod Hospital for treatment. One person needed to be removed from a vehicle following the crash. Additional emergency crews responded to help manage the large-scale incident.
