Ontario, CA (August 14, 2026) – A four-vehicle wreck with minor injuries blocked multiple lanes of westbound I-10 near the Haven Avenue off-ramp on Thursday afternoon, August 13, according to dispatch logs. Reports described a black Ford Maverick, an orange Lexus SUV, a black Honda Civic, and a black Scion involved, with two vehicles unable to be moved.
Tow trucks were requested to help clear the roadway. The roadway was reported clear by early afternoon.
