French Camp, CA (January 10, 2026) – A deadly crash early Friday morning has left one person dead and caused significant traffic delays along I-5 near Roth Rd in the French Camp area, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The collision occurred just before 4:30 a.m., involving at least two vehicles. While the exact sequence of events has not yet been confirmed, CHP officers responded to the scene and have since classified the incident as a fatal crash. The identity of the deceased has not been released pending family notification.
