Greeley, CO (January 11, 2026) – A 63-year-old man suffered multiple injuries in a vehicle collision on 16th St in Greeley. Emergency crews responded promptly and found the man conscious and ambulatory at the scene after self-extricating from his vehicle.
The crash was reported around 4:21 p.m. on January 10. According to emergency responders, the individual was experiencing pain in his left shoulder, hip, chest, and knee, as well as additional discomfort in his right leg and hip. Despite the severity of the impact, which included front passenger-side damage and positive airbag deployment, the interior of the vehicle remained largely intact.
Medical personnel evaluated the man’s condition on-site. His vitals were stable, with a blood pressure reading of 158/98, a heart rate of 74, and normal respiratory function. He reported no loss of consciousness, no use of blood thinners, and no known allergies or significant medical history.
The patient was transported to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation and treatment. No other injuries were reported, and it remains unclear whether other vehicles were involved.
