How House Fires Can Spread Quickly Without Early Warning
House fires can grow rapidly, especially at night when people are sleeping. Without early alerts, occupants may not have enough time to react.
Smoke inhalation is one of the leading causes of death in residential fires. Breathing in smoke can quickly lead to serious harm before flames reach a person.
Working smoke detectors can provide early warning and allow more time to exit safely. Regular checks and maintenance can help reduce the risk of severe outcomes.
