Hamilton City, CA (January 23, 2026) – A serious rollover crash occurred Friday morning on County Road 202 just south of Lindsay Ave, near the Hamilton City area. The incident was first reported around 7:49 a.m. and involved a Nissan Altima that had veered approximately 20 to 30 feet off the roadway.
California Highway Patrol and local responders were dispatched to the scene, where three individuals were found outside the vehicle. Despite initial reports suggesting the parties did not appear seriously injured, emergency services were requested under a “1141 Enrt” designation, indicating the presence of injuries requiring medical evaluation.
The Nissan sustained major rollover damage and came to rest on its wheels off the shoulder of the road. Bambaueur Towing was contacted to recover the vehicle due to the severity of the damage and its position off the roadway.
Initial witness information was relayed by a bus driver who communicated with dispatch. A Spanish-speaking relative of one party involved also shared details, although they did not personally witness the crash.
