The incident was reported shortly before 11:00 a.m. when a woman contacted emergency services stating she had been struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. According to the dispatch communication, the driver did not remain at the scene. The vehicle was described as a black SUV, though further identifying details were not immediately available.
The pedestrian, believed to be walking along Cambridge Rd following the incident, declined medical attention at the time and reported no visible injuries. Nonetheless, emergency personnel were alerted and dispatched to ensure the scene was assessed and the individual’s condition verified.
