Henrietta, NY (January 30, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious motor vehicle accident involving trapped occupants on Thursday on Route 390 northbound near the Jefferson Road interchange in the Town of Henrietta.
The crash occurred during the afternoon hours and involved multiple vehicles, one of which sustained heavy damage and left at least one individual trapped inside. Firefighters and rescue personnel worked urgently to extricate the occupant using specialized equipment, while EMS crews prepared to administer care upon removal.
Advanced Life Support (ALS) teams were on scene due to the severity of injuries reported. At least one individual was transported to a nearby trauma center under emergency conditions. The exact number of injured victims has not been confirmed.
Traffic on Route 390 NB was heavily impacted, with lanes temporarily shut down as responders managed the rescue and investigation. Deputies from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office are handling the crash investigation, which remains active.
