Minot, ND (August 3, 2026) – A driver is suspected of leaving the scene after an injury crash on Saturday, August 1, at the intersection of the U.S. Highway 83 Bypass and 30th Avenue NW in Minot.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. Investigators said the suspect vehicle, believed to be a white 1997-2003 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, fled the area by traveling west on 30th Avenue NW. The pickup is believed to have damage to the front driver’s side, a broken headlight, and may also have blue paint transferred from the other vehicle.
Authorities later released an image of the suspected pickup truck that was captured by a nearby camera as they continue searching for the vehicle. No additional information about the injured person or the circumstances leading up to the collision has been released. The investigation remains active as officials work to identify the driver involved.
