Colton, CA (July 18, 2026) – A traffic collision involving multiple vehicles with reported injuries occurred on Friday evening on the eastbound I-10 near the Pepper Ave exit in Colton. The accident was reported at approximately 6:37 p.m. on July 17.
Initial information indicated that a white Honda sedan, a gray sports car, and other vehicles were involved. The white Honda was found facing the wrong direction in the center divider area, while another black Honda SUV pulled over near Rancho Ave and 3rd St.
The report was later updated to indicate injuries and to note that one of the vehicles involved may have left the roadway before the update was made. A gray sports car was reported to have been traveling at a high speed before spinning out, although that information has not been confirmed. A white Mercedes S550 and a Dodge Charger were also reported to be involved, with one vehicle requiring towing. The identities of those involved have not been released.
