Indianapolis, IN (January 10, 2026) – An injury collision involving two vehicles was reported Friday afternoon on the northbound side of North Sherman Dr in Indianapolis. The crash, which occurred around 1:50 p.m., involved a tan Chevy Impala and a silver Hyundai Tucson.
According to early reports, the incident may have been triggered by a deceased dog lying in the roadway. A female driver in the Hyundai Tucson informed authorities that the obstruction led to the accident. Both vehicles remained at the scene following the impact, partially blocking traffic in the area.
