Indianapolis, IN (January 13, 2026) – A crash involving injuries was reported early Tuesday morning on I-465 northbound near mile marker 42.1, not far from the Home Ave exit. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. and prompted a response from Indiana State Police and emergency medical personnel.
The initial report indicated that multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, with one vehicle located approximately a half mile north of the initial scene. Due to the crash’s layout and distance between the vehicles, emergency crews were initially unable to assess the occupants of the second vehicle.
