Livermore, CA (August 25, 2026) – Three vehicles were involved in a major accident on August 23 on the eastbound I-580 near First St in Livermore. The wreck was reported just west of First St, where the vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder.
The vehicles included a dark blue pickup truck, a red pickup truck, and a silver Jeep. Initial information indicated that at least one person was hurt.
Emergency units were requested after the collision, with the slow lane temporarily blocked. A tow service was also requested for a Chevrolet pickup. No additional information about the injured person was included in the initial report.
