Pauma Valley, CA (September 9, 2026) – Injuries were reported in a three-vehicle traffic collision on State Route 76 near Lazy H Dr.
The California Highway Patrol received reports of the collision around 6:29 p.m. The vehicles included a white Ford Explorer, a white Ford pickup truck, and an unidentified third vehicle.
A person at the site reported injuries inside one of the vehicles and said their son was also in the vehicle. Additional medical transportation was requested for at least one person, although the available CAD record did not specify the severity of the injuries or where anyone was taken.
