Los Angeles, CA (June 28, 2026) – A two-vehicle traffic accident with injuries was reported on Friday afternoon, June 26, on the northbound I-405 near the Manchester Boulevard off-ramp in Los Angeles.
According to police reports, the vehicles involved included a white Toyota Prius and a second vehicle. The crash initially blocked the HOV lane, which was reopened after all general-purpose lanes, and the HOV lane remained closed for a period while crews worked in the roadway. One person from the Prius was taken to a hospital, and arrangements were later made to remove the vehicle from the freeway.
