Los Angeles, CA (September 2, 2026) – An injury crash was reported on Monday, August 31, on the southbound I-405 near W Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident log, a silver Toyota Prius and a silver truck were involved in the collision. The vehicles were blocking multiple lanes and were initially reported as not movable.
One person in the truck was experiencing chest pain following the crash. The incident was upgraded from a collision with no reported injuries to a collision involving injuries as CHP responded to the scene.
