El Cajon, CA (July 28, 2026) – A multi-vehicle traffic accident with minor injuries was reported on July 26 on westbound Jamacha Road at Willow Glen Drive in El Cajon.
According to dispatch information from the California Highway Patrol, the call came in at about 1:30 p.m. Initial reports indicated three vehicles were involved, including a gray Acura, a black or silver vehicle, and a third vehicle that was not immediately identified.
Later updates indicated that four vehicles were involved. One vehicle was reported to have major front-end damage. Around 2:28 p.m., the report was updated to confirm the collision resulted in minor injuries. The identities of those involved and the number of people hurt were not immediately released.
The cause of the crash remains under review as investigators continue gathering information.
