Oklahoma City, OK (August 29, 2026) – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 near First Americans Boulevard. The collision happened around 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, and involved at least four cars.
The Oklahoma City Fire Department confirmed that one person was injured and had to be extricated from a vehicle. The crash affected traffic in both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 40.
Motorists in the area were advised to expect delays or use another route while crews worked at the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
