The collision was reported shortly after midnight and involved a white Hyundai sedan and a black or dark-colored pickup truck. The Hyundai came to rest off the roadway on the opposite side of the road.

The circumstances leading to the collision remain under investigation.
We hope those hurt make a full recovery.
What Should Drivers Know About Two-Vehicle Collisions?
Two-vehicle collisions can result from unsafe lane changes, following too closely, distracted driving, or failing to yield. Rural roads can present additional challenges because of limited lighting, curves, and longer distances between intersections.
Drivers should maintain a safe speed, remain alert for vehicles approaching from other directions, and leave enough space to stop safely. At night, reduced visibility can make it harder to recognize hazards or judge another vehicle’s speed. Using headlights properly and avoiding distractions can help drivers identify potential dangers earlier.
