The incident occurred around 4:00 p.m. on January 9, when a gray Jeep Cherokee, reportedly traveling southbound on Grand Street, struck a pedestrian before fleeing the scene. Witnesses indicated that the victim lost consciousness and appeared to have sustained a broken arm as a result of the collision.
