What Makes Rear-End Collisions with Semi-Trucks So Dangerous
Rear-end crashes involving large trucks can result in significant force due to the size and weight difference between vehicles. Smaller vehicles may be pushed forward or overturned upon impact.
These crashes are especially dangerous at highway speeds, where reaction time is limited.
Maintaining safe following distances and staying alert can help reduce the likelihood of rear-end collisions involving large commercial vehicles.
