Las Vegas, NV (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews from Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded late on Saturday morning to a traffic accident involving injuries at a residential intersection in the western part of the city. The incident occurred at approximately 11:02 a.m. on January 17 at the corner of N Buffalo Dr and Beachbay Ave.
Emergency medical services were quick to arrive, where they evaluated and assisted individuals who sustained injuries during the crash. Though officials have not confirmed how many people were hurt, responders provided care on the scene and coordinated further medical support where needed.
The crash involved at least two vehicles and caused a temporary traffic disruption in the area as responders blocked portions of the roadway to secure the scene. The intersection, located near local neighborhoods and parks, remained partially closed while authorities conducted a cleanup and gathered information.
At this time, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is actively investigating the cause of the accident.
