Ogden, UT (August 28, 2026) – A 64-year-old motorcyclist was killed early on Wednesday morning, August 26, in a crash on Washington Boulevard near the 1100 block in Ogden. The collision happened at approximately 6:10 a.m.
According to Ogden Police, the motorcyclist was traveling north on a Harley-Davidson when an oncoming Honda Element turned left toward a parking lot and crossed into the motorcycle’s path.
The motorcycle struck the Honda, which then came to rest against a truck that was waiting to exit the parking lot. The rider suffered fatal injuries despite wearing a helmet.
The Honda driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Northbound Washington Boulevard was temporarily closed at 12th Street while authorities handled the scene. Investigators continue reviewing the circumstances surrounding the collision.
