Lemon Grove, CA (January 2, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash involving at least three cars resulted in injuries early Tuesday morning on eastbound SR-94 at the southbound SR-125 interchange near Lemon Grove.
The collision was first reported around 6:27 a.m. and involved a gray Lexus IS250, a blue Honda Civic, and a possible BMW. Freeway Service Patrol units arrived on scene shortly after the incident to assess the situation and assist with traffic control. Emergency medical responders were also dispatched to provide aid to those injured in the crash.
At least one lane along the right-hand side of eastbound SR-94 was affected as responders worked to manage the scene. Injured parties received medical attention, though the total number of people transported to the hospital has not yet been confirmed.
Tow services were requested to remove the damaged vehicles, and authorities continued to clear the area through the morning commute. Investigators are reviewing the sequence of events and factors that may have contributed to the crash.
