Lockport, NY (February 4, 2026) – A motor vehicle accident involving injuries was reported on Tuesday in Lockport, leading emergency crews to a busy commercial corridor along South Transit Road. The collision occurred on February 3 near Wendelville Rd and S Lockport Rd, in the area of 6014 S Transit Rd, where traffic is often heavy during daytime hours.
Information available indicates that two vehicles were involved in the accident. As a result of the collision, occupants of the vehicles suffered a variety of injuries. Paramedics arrived at the scene to assess those hurt and provide immediate medical care.
