Los Angeles, CA (January 16, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision late on Thursday night on San Vicente Blvd resulted in injuries and triggered a rapid response from emergency services in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles.
The incident occurred around 10:57 p.m. near 6146 San Vicente Blvd. Witnesses reported a loud crash followed by the arrival of fire and medical crews, who quickly began assessing the scene. The vehicles involved sustained moderate to heavy damage, partially blocking traffic on the busy boulevard.
Medical personnel attended to the injured on site, with several individuals receiving treatment for a range of injuries. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Authorities have not yet released the conditions of those involved.
LAPD officers secured the scene and began investigating the cause of the crash. Factors such as driver error, distraction, or roadway conditions are under review as part of the ongoing investigation.
